I was able to heal the inner child in me that I had no idea was running a lot of my beliefs and my emotions tied to those beliefs. Once I recognized her and healed her, I was able to heal my emotions tied to the past. My past is till my past but my emotions tied to my past are completely different.

You may not be aware of what your conscious mind and subconscious mind can do. There are many times they are not working together and this causes you from reaching your goals. Here’s the great news you do have the power to shift the thoughts and the beliefs you have about yourself and your life by accessing your subconscious mind through hypnosis, by making suggestions that will help make beneficial and permanent changes in your life.




Hypnotherapy helps open your unconscious mind the part of your mind that holds everything about you, all your memories, your beliefs, learned behaviors and patterns. Think of your unconscious mind like a library with rows and rows of memories all stored in chronological order. Your unconscious mind remembers everything, believes everything it hears and everything you say. It doesn’t judge or censure information or know what’s right, wrong, negative or positive. It doesn’t evaluate things like the conscious mind does.

Hypnosis helps relax you and your unconscious mind. It allows you to let go and rewire old beliefs and patterns you’ve stored. Through hypnosis I use positive suggestions from what you’ve told me you want and guided imagery to focus on replacing the unproductive, unresourceful thoughts and beliefs with more productive resourceful thoughts and images.

Your mind is a powerful tool that stores, processes, and deletes information just like a computer. When your computer isn’t running productively you get it restored running fresh and new. Hypnosis is your way of restoring your mind in order to help it run fresh with new images and new patterns. Helping you feel just as you want to feel.



NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming  is a system of alternative therapy intended to educate people in self-awareness and effective communication, and to model and change their patterns of mental and emotional behavior.

There is a connection between neurological process, language, and behavior patterns learned through experience and these patterns can be rewired and anchored to help you achieve specific outcomes in your life. Outcomes such as: How do you want to feel going into interview? How do you want to feel when you are about to take a big exam? How do you want to feel when you are about to give a big presentation? Or simply what is the feeling you want to have and when do you want to have it? Through NLP techniques you are able to experience the feeling and emotional state you want before, during and after the time you want to have it.

As your Life Coach I will help you identify and achieve a goal or identify where you want to make a change in your life. I will help you get out of your head and out of that negative thinking and start taking action in the areas of your life that you wish to change. I will ask you questions that help you identify and decide which areas of your life you want to make changes in, set goals in. Help you decide what steps are needed to take in order to achieve your goals and make those important changes. My goal as your life coach is to help you achieve your goals in the most effective, efficient, and rewarding way possible.

A life coach is there to help give you the motivation and strategies needed to reach your full potential. Helps keep you on task and gives you the tools and guidance needed to accomplish your goals. A life coach is there to help and guide you through any setbacks or struggles. To help you identify and recognize any mental, emotional blocks or any negative beliefs that are getting in your way or holding you back and how to look at them differently. Helping you move forward with new tools in your tool box to overcome those beliefs, setbacks or struggles. A life coach is there to help you every step of the way.

Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens. Mindfulness also involves acceptance, meaning that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them—without believing, for instance, that there’s a “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in a given moment. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.  Mindfulness gives us the tools to use to not only calm our thoughts and escape the stressors of the day, but also reflect on the contents of our mind in the interest of self-improvement. It gives you the ability to gain some peace and quiet and be able to better understand what’s going on in your mind and your body without judgement.

Through your Mindfulness Practice will learn:

  • How to be more calm and internally still.
  • How to feel connected to self and have more self-control.
  • Skills to assist you in regulating your nervous system so that you can remain calm, relaxed, and centered in any situation.
  • Skills on how to recognize, release and let go of stress or anxiety.
