I am so happy you are here. I am excited to share in this journey with you.
I am a Certified Life Transformational Coach, Shadow Coach, Hypnotherapist, Mindset and Anxiety Coach, after years of struggling with anxiety, fear of rejection, reading countless self-help books, seeing therapists and taking anxiety medication, I decided it was time to take control back of my life. To no longer allow my fears, anxious thoughts and limiting beliefs to control me, keep me stuck, or hold me back. 

MY JOURNEY:
I knew I needed help, I knew I needed to do something different. What I was doing and had done in the past wasn't working. So I decided to try something completely different. I began my journey doing yoga and finding peace on my mat, which helped a lot but for me it didn't seem to be enough. I needed more, I wanted more!  So I started working with a hypnotherapist to overcome the stress, anxiety, and fears I had been living with for years. This completely changed my life. I gained so much and learned so much about how to heal from the inside out, how to heal the inner child that was running on fears and rejecting. I knew right away this was what I was meant to do. I became certified and opened my Life Transformation Coaching and Hypnotherapy practice 7 years ago in Helena MT. 

I am obsessed with helping others change their lives!  To witness and be a part of someone's healing and transformation process lights me up and is my souls purpose. To witness them changing their thoughts about themselves. To step into their own power and become who they want to be without all the negative thoughts, beliefs and doubts. To change their lives and live it how they want to live and create what they desire the most.  It's such a beautiful experience.
