Let go and dissolve limiting beliefs, neutralize fears, stress and anxiety and stop self sabotaging behaviors. And the best part is it does all of this in a way that is fast, easy and gentle and produces long term results due to rewiring the brain.
Think of your unconscious mind like a library with rows and rows of memories all stored in chronological order. Your unconscious mind remembers everything, believes everything it hears and everything you say. It doesn’t judge or censure information or know what’s right, wrong, negative or positive. It doesn’t evaluate things like the conscious mind does. Through hypnosis I use positive suggestions from what you’ve told me you want and guided imagery to focus on replacing the unproductive, unresourceful thoughts and beliefs with more productive resourceful thoughts and images. Your mind is a powerful tool that stores, processes, and deletes information just like a computer. When your computer isn’t running productively you get it restored running fresh and new. Hypnosis is your way of restoring your mind in order to help it run fresh with new images and new patterns. Helping you feel just as you want to feel.

When we lack a sense of empowerment, we tend to let our current life circumstances dictate our fate. We decide that the trajectory of our lives is fixed, that there’s no way we could change our situation for the better. Sometimes, other people may contribute to these feelings through comments, suggestions. We can also have this belief from what we've learned growing up. Which subconsciously we believe all these things to be true for we haven't allowed ourselves to see or believe anything different and when we do we end up sabotaging it for it doesn't feel right.
Sometimes it can be your own self-concept that keeps you from growing and trusting in yourself. Even people who are surrounded by supportive family, friends, and coworkers can have a negative self-image that keeps them from realizing their true potential. For if you can't see it within yourself you can't believe what others say to you.
